ORA Realty Inc. offers lots for rent daily, weekly and monthly. We offer owner lots with views and amenities to suit your needs for the perfect vacation.

RENTAL RATES/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective February 1, 2012                                    Monthly Rates Start At: $600.00 plus Electric

Nightly Rates: $75.00   

 Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

 More than four (4) people require an extra charge of $2.00 per person per day. Children under seven are free.

Rates include full hook-ups and all amenities, excluding golf. Reservations required.

Reservation Policy:

A Credit Card is required to hold all reservations. The daily rental rate will be charged to your Credit Card if you fail to cancel your reservation within the required time or are a no show. We accept MasterCard, Visa or Checks.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be cancelled no later than three (3) days prior to your arrival date. For Holidays the Daily Rate will be charged for all cancellations.

RV Requirements:

Minimum RV length is 30ft. Class A and 5th Wheels Only. No Toy Haulers. Rv's must be no Older Then Ten Years Old.
Lots are assigned on a rotation basis. We do not hold or guarantee a specific lot.
Only six (6) persons and two (2) pets are allowed per lot anytime (including visitors).
